Liang Gallery will present the solo exhibition of Lee Chung-Chung, one of the most important modern ink-wash artists in the post-war Taiwan, at 2020 Taipei Dangdai with her spontaneous, elegant, and elevated artistic ink – wash painting style.
iang Gallery will be participating in Art Dusseldorf for the second time with a group exhibition featuring six Taiwanese artists. Presenting works with various style from abstract ink art, oil painting, paper cut installation and multi-media work, highlighting the essence of Asia contemporary art with their oriental aesthetic and cultural awareness.
Liang Galler will present Hsu Chia-Wei’s new project “Black and White” (2018) : Giant Panda and Malayan Tapir. This project will eventually include multiple sets of LCD TVs and various media such as photography and painting and reflect on history and politics,.
Liang Gallery will show the best artworks by its represented artists, including pieces from 1970 until present. A particular focus will be cast on Chinese abstract art masters, the latest artworks by contemporary artists will also be on display.
Three artists represented by Liang Gallery in the the Film Sector at Art Basel HK ’18. These new media artists, from a calm and objective point of view, look deeper at the status between Taiwan and international community.
